You got a mini crochet swirl pattern WIP!
I had my eye on this swirl pattern for a while now, so I tried to make a little sweater for Cammy. BTW the picture above looks so domestic and amatuerish for a doll rofl, but I kinda like how Cammy looks creepy in it?! Anyways, I used some fingering yarn from KnitPicks and followed the YouTube tutorial.. It's not difficult. The actual difficult part is squaring the circle. You'll need to make sure the circumference of the circle is divisible by four. Mine was 72 stitches around. So every 18 sitches repeats. But to make a square, you'll need to have a corner with tall increases in the center of each 18 stitch repeat. So 9 sitches in, I made corners with 4 treble crochets and 2 chain stiches in between the four. 1 tc + 2 dc + 2 hdc + 3 sc + 2 hdc + 2 dc + 1 tc + 2 tc in the corner + 2 chains + 2 more corner tc, then repeat. Then I did a round of double crochets after the square was made with some corner increases. I was kind of winging it.
I blocked this square and now I'm casually making a backside plus sleeves. I hope it turns out okay!! It will probably be completely amatuerish but that's okay. Long story short, try making the swirl sweater pattern. It's NOT hard! I promise. Also I love Hannah's patterns.
