 You got some gochujang cookies!!!

 Yes! I saw this video here from the New York Times and had to make it! I fully endorse this recipe!! The cookies are crunchy at first, but over time they became chewy. Aside from the gochujang, all ingredients should be standard for American-style cookies. The gochujang spice is beautifully balanced in the recipe but became a little more prominent after the cookies sat for a day. The only thing that I disliked was that they were a liiittle sweet, but I'm normally sensitive to sweet foods lol.
