About Me

 My name is Amy. I really like learning Japanese and Japanese media. I am here on NeoCities because I don't like social media or the social culture around it. I am not a coder or a writer. My goal is to express myself through this website and create a chill environment.

  I try to keep an open mind towards people and beliefs. I also think that people can be friends with others who have different beliefs if we agree to disagree. Although I struggle with negativity and even anxiety sometimes, I am overall optimistic and a hopeless romantic. I am very introverted. I am not a NEET. Art, creation, learning, and my family and friends all give my life value. I love my significant other very very much. My favorite thing about myself is how pure the emotions I feel are.

 My objective with NeoCities is fundamentally just to have fun and express myself through my interests. It's no secret that I don't do well with social conflict or interpersonal drama. That's why I've had a NO DRAMA warning from the start. So just be aware that I get easily drained from social interaction. Please don't bring up serious political topics, negativity, or discourse on my website. I am pro-freedom of speech, pro-freedom-of-expression, and enjoy looking at *fictional media* with dark themes sometimes.

 I passed the N2 in December of 2023. I want to learn German and other languages at some point too. I've been online since I was a kid (zoomer) playing Neopets and Webkinz. I like consuming media that is old or years past its peak in popularity. Lost media fascinates me. I'm not good at talking about myself and would rather just ramble about my interests lol
